The Rhodes must fall is the protest started during much last year .The reason was because of the transformation in south Africa regarding colonization and apartheid .The students mission was to remove the statue of Rhodes in their university this all because they wanted to maintain its domination over depended territories education and racial transformation at the university.

A month later after all this drama the statue of Rhodes was removed from the university. From my point of view I feel that this situation should have been handled in the decent manner without causing other people from other places to start destroying or painting the white people statue they should have arranged the meeting and come up with the decision and remove the statue and put it to one of the museums.

But in this  case it seems the racism is taking place in this university so that why black students started protesting because they felt that the apartheid is still there at their campus when taking look at the university structure and on the other hand the is the statue of the white men situated in the university.I think the university of cape town should hire more black lectures just to try balance the race within the organisation. The government should work together with the universities to develop the strategic plan regarding the students fees as some of the students cant afford to pay their study fees. Because i believe that working together can help improve and have better education for all. I cant say free education for all as that will make south Africa economy suffer because even those who are working will also want their children to be granted free education.
